By enrolling in Healing Through the Lens: A 30-Day Grief Healing Journey, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment Deposit

Enrollment requires a $27 commitment deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon written request and successful completion of the program participation requirements.

2. Participation Requirements

To qualify for a refund, participants must complete at least 27 of the 30 daily prompts during the program period.

Each completed day must include both of the following:

• A photo submission related to the daily prompt

• A brief written reflection, caption, or check-in (minimum 1–2 sentences)

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after the conclusion of the program. Refunds will not be issued for incomplete participation.

4. Community Guidelines

Participants agree to engage respectfully within the private community space. Harassment, abusive behavior, hate speech, or harmful conduct may result in removal from the program without refund eligibility.

5. Confidentiality & Respect
Participants agree to honor the privacy and confidentiality of the community by treating personal stories, experiences, photos, and reflections with respect and sensitivity. While a private community space will be provided, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed. Participants are asked not to share another person's personal information, experiences, or content outside of the community without explicit permission.

6. Photo Ownership & Privacy
All photos, written reflections, and shared content posted within the Healing Through the Lens community remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By participating, you agree to respect the privacy and ownership of all community members. Participants may not copy, screenshot, download, reproduce, distribute, repost, or share another participant’s photos, reflections, or content outside of the private community without the creator’s explicit written permission. Failure to respect these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund eligibility.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Healing Through the Lens is intended for educational and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, crisis services, diagnosis, or treatment.

8. Emotional Responsibility

Participation may involve emotional reflection related to grief and loss. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and seek professional support if needed.

9. Program Access

Program materials are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, shared, or resold without written permission.

10. Modifications

Program details, dates, and community structure may be adjusted as needed to support the overall participant experience.
